Ernest Oppong Nkansah Leads TIENS Visionary Team on Domestic Travel and Tour
Accra, Ghana — Renowned network marketing leader and distributor, Hon. Ernest Oppong Nkansah, has once again demonstrated his leadership capabilities by leading members of the TIENS Visionary Team on a three-day domestic travel and tour programme in the Greater Accra Region.
The initiative brought together 30 distributors who qualified for the programme following a promotional campaign organised by the team. The programme was designed not only to reward outstanding distributors but also to expose participants to educational, cultural and recreational experiences that could inspire them to improve their productivity and commitment to the business.
The domestic travel and tour forms part of a broader strategy by the Visionary Team to motivate distributors, strengthen relationships among team members and promote the TIENS brand in Ghana.
Promotion Produces 30 Qualifiers
The travel and tour programme followed a promotional exercise in which distributors were given the opportunity to work toward qualifying for the special experience.
According to the organisers, several distributors participated actively in the promotion, working closely with their respective leaders to meet the requirements. After the qualification process was completed, 30 distributors were selected to participate in the programme.
Founder and leader of the Visionary Team, Hon. Prince Kofi Boadi, who spearheaded the selection process and overall organisation of the programme, expressed his appreciation to the successful distributors and their leaders for their commitment.
He commended the participants for their dedication and urged them to see the opportunity not merely as a recreational trip but also as an investment in their personal and professional development.
Leadership and Brand Building
Speaking during a brief meeting at the TIENS Head Office, Hon. Ernest Oppong Nkansah explained that travel and tour programmes had become an important component of the team’s approach to leadership development and brand promotion.
The meeting brought together the travelling distributors and some key personalities associated with TIENS in Ghana, including the Country Manager, Mrs. Lissa Lee, Educational Manager, Mr. Maxwell Okyere, and one of the pioneers of the company in Ghana, Mr. Bright Boakye.
Mr. Oppong Nkansah said the programme was part of the team’s efforts to project a positive and prestigious image of the company while creating memorable experiences for distributors.
“Embarking on such travel and tour programmes is a part of our way of branding the company to the outside world and giving the company a prestigious outlook,” he said.
He explained that beyond the enjoyment associated with travelling, such programmes could help distributors develop stronger relationships, broaden their perspectives and return to their businesses with renewed motivation.
According to him, creating opportunities for distributors to experience new environments and interact with other successful members of the organisation could contribute significantly to team building and business growth.
Recognition for TIENS Pioneers
Hon. Prince Kofi Boadi also used the occasion to recognise the contribution of the pioneers who helped establish and develop TIENS in Ghana.
He praised the early leaders for believing in the company and taking the decision to introduce its business opportunities to Ghanaians.
Mr. Boadi noted that by saying “yes” to the company at the early stages, the pioneers helped create opportunities for subsequent generations of distributors.
He encouraged current distributors to appreciate the foundation laid by these pioneers and to work towards building an even stronger organisation for the future.
Three Days of Training and Exposure
As part of the programme, the 30 distributors were scheduled to spend three days undertaking training and other activities designed to enhance their knowledge, motivation and business performance.
The training component was expected to take place at the residence of Dr. Ademan Tetteh, a prominent figure credited by the organisers with playing a significant role in the survival and growth of the TIENS Group within the West African sub-region.
Participants were expected to benefit from leadership lessons, business education and practical insights that could help them become more effective in their respective teams.
The organisers believe that combining business education with travel and exposure provides distributors with an opportunity to learn in a relaxed environment while strengthening their commitment to their goals.
Visit to Despite Group Car Museum
One of the major highlights of the programme was scheduled to be a visit to the prestigious Despite Group Car Museum, where participants would have the opportunity to view a collection of automobiles and experience another aspect of Ghana’s growing tourism and entertainment landscape.
For many of the participants, the visit was expected to be an exciting opportunity to discover a destination they might not otherwise have visited.
The organisers said the tour was deliberately designed to combine education, motivation, recreation and exposure, making the experience different from conventional business training programmes.
First Flying Experience for Some Participants
Another notable aspect of the initiative is that, for some of the participants, the journey represents their first experience travelling by air.
The opportunity to fly as part of a business-related reward programme is expected to make the trip particularly memorable for these distributors.
For the beneficiaries, the experience could also serve as a powerful motivational tool, demonstrating how consistency, teamwork and commitment to personal targets can lead to meaningful rewards.
The organisers believe that such experiences can help distributors expand their aspirations and encourage them to set higher goals for themselves and their teams.
Motivation for Greater Productivity
The Visionary Team expects the three-day programme to have a lasting impact on the participating distributors.
Beyond the immediate excitement of travelling, the organisers believe that the combination of training, networking, recognition and exposure will motivate participants to return to their various locations with renewed determination.
The programme is also expected to encourage distributors to increase their level of activity, improve brand visibility and strengthen their engagement with prospective customers and business partners.
Ultimately, the team hopes that increased motivation and productivity among distributors will translate into stronger business performance and increased sales.
The initiative further underscores the growing emphasis on experiential rewards within network marketing, where distributors are encouraged to achieve specific targets in exchange for opportunities to travel, learn, network and experience new environments.
For the TIENS Visionary Team, the domestic travel and tour programme represents more than a leisure trip. It is being positioned as a leadership, motivation and brand-building initiative aimed at developing distributors while projecting a positive image of the company.
With 30 distributors participating, the organisers are hopeful that the experience will inspire the beneficiaries to become more productive leaders and ambassadors of the TIENS brand.
As the participants embark on the three-day programme across selected destinations in the Greater Accra Region, expectations are high that the experience will leave them with valuable memories, new knowledge and renewed determination to pursue their business goals.
